Our Primary Promise

For any guarantee we give within our primary promise - the terms and conditions are stated below  
 

DIY Package

Our Primary Promise: By implementing a campaign using the knowledge, teachings and lumpy mail campaign that was brainstormed, discussed and documents during our time together. We guarantee your campaign will see a 50% ROI.  

To qualify for the guarantee, you, the client must provide evidence of the campaign you delivered following the DIY Package session. 

The campaign should be sent out to a minimum of 20 clients. The proposed products/slogan/packaging ideas discussed and documented within the DIY Package session should have been used in your Lumpy Mail campaign. Evidence in the form of photos, videos, proof of postage should be documented and collated.

All costs relating to the campaign need to be documented and verified with receipts.

Follow-ups as discussed and documented during the DIY Package session need to have taken place. Video/call log/phone log evidence to be provided that follow up calls were made - with the outcomes recorded and actions/next steps documented.

Any leads that requested more info and/or actions to be carried out to complete the sale MUST have been fulfilled - and evidence provided to show this.

The above are all of the conditions to be met in order to invoke the primary promise guarantee. You must prove that the lumpy mail campaign didn't work effectively rather than the campaign wasn't executed and fulfilled to the best of your ability.

A refund of the cost of the DIY Package session fee ONLY will be refunded if the primary promise is not met. Not any other associated costs including those of the products, packaging and postage.

 

Lumpy Mail Package

Our Primary Promise: You will have an agreed lumpy mail campaign executed for you business, we guarantee your campaign will see a 50% ROI. 

To qualify for the guarantee, you the client must follow up on leads after the lumpy mail campaign has been delivered. Evidence in the form of phone logs etc must be provided with outcomes and actions logged and followed through.

In the event of the guarantee being invoked, the refunded fee will be minus any product, packaging and postage costs.

 

This package is for a total of 50 pieces of lumpy mail being sent out to your prospects. The list of prospects with their addresses is to be provided by yourself - the client.

The value of each product/gift to be sent to the client is approximately £10. This does NOT include design, set up, fulfilment, personalisation, packaging, presentation and postage fees. This is all included in the total package cost. Product ideas for lumpy mail will be within the £10pp budget. If you wish to exceed this budget you can upgrade at an additional cost. Likewise if more personalisation is required or more elaborate packaging is requested, this can be upgraded at your request.
